This is the Battle Blade version of Skeletor from the 1992 New Adventures of He-Man toy line. He has a large skull on his chest that glows in the dark, a blue body, and purple armor. He has a spring-loaded arm that draws back allowing him to hurl his four-bladed axe. He came packed with the following accessories:
