Mantenna is part of The Evil Horde that has pop-out telescoping eyes that can fire stun beams, gravity distortion beams, and freeze rays. Much like Orko provides comedy relief, Mantenna has a similar role in She-Ra Princess of Power, with one of the many running jokes where Hordak sends him down a trap door.
