An amphibious fish-man, Mer-man always spoke like he golf balls in his mouth!  He controlled sea life, often depicted as the ruler of Eternia’s undersea kingdom. He would often be seen on land then return to the water as soon as he was bested by He-Man and his allies! The original action figure had unpainted gloves and boots, unlike his cartoon representation.
